Call for papers and panels

The call for papers or panels (CfP) within our thematic streams is now open.

Colleagues are invited to propose papers and additional panels to the 43 selected thematic streams (details of these streams can be found HERE). Please note that there are no open streams for this conference.

Proposals for all contributions should be received by Sunday 22 March 2020.

Please note that for purposes of programming we can only allow ONE paper or panel proposal submission per person. In addition, you can propose a Roundtable and/or book launch for the conference (a total of THREE ways to participate at the conference).

The draft conference programme will be published at the beginning of June 2020.

Registration will open in February. More information about letters of acceptance and/or letters of invitation for visa applications will be available in February in our guide to planning your attendance at the conference.

Please note that we cannot issue letters in support of visa applications until Monday 8 June 2020 but the sooner we know that you require one, the better. We will do all we can to support our colleagues applying for visas.
