New network of young researchers working in Africa formed - NYRA
A new network of young researchers working in Africa, NYRA has been created to facilitate exchanges between African and European, anglophone and francophone PhD students. Bringing together young researchers from different countries and research institutions: Benin, Burkina Faso, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Niger, Senegal and Sweden,
NYRA is based on two projects which we hope can provide valuable tools for researchers and PhD students.
- The first is the construction of a resource base on the website, containing resumes of recent publications, announcements of events organized in different countries (seminars, conferences and workshops), employment and scholarship opportunities as well as links to research centers and internet sources on Africa.
- The second is the association of students and PhD candidates with similar research interests in tandems. The projects are still under construction and the participation of each and everyone is welcome!
