REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy:

ASAUK 2018 Conference registration fee refunds will only be processed for:

  • an individual whose proposal has been accepted, and had requested a letter of invitation from the ASAUK, but has been denied a visa; proof of the denial must be provided. Refund requests will have to be submitted to the conference organisation committee via email (asauk2018@contacts.bham.ac.uk) before 31 August 2018.

Any other requests submitted by 31 August 2018 will be examined on a case by case basis.

Refund requests submitted after this date will not be processed.
