The ASAUK biennial conference will be held at the University of Cambridge (Robinson College) and will run from 14.00 on Wednesday 7 September 2016 to 15.30 on Friday 9 September 2016. It will coincide with the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Cambridge Centre for African Studies.

The call for papers is now closed.  Those who have submitted abstracts will in due course be informed whether their papers have been accepted by a panel convenor.

Standard accommodation is being offered to ASAUK Student members, Students and Scholars from African Universities at a reduced rate.

Accommodation is for two nights: day one, 7 September 2016 and day two, 8 September 2016. Registration is on a first come first served basis. Once rooms in Robinson College are fully booked efforts will be made to find accommodation in an adjacent college. There are a few rooms available on the night of 6 September. Your Registration is not accepted until payment has been received. Unpaid reservations may be reallocated to delegates wishing to complete and pay the registration fee.
When registering your attendance please tick each item required. Lunches and car parking are offered as daily options and need to be selected individually. The Gala Dinner is also a separate item and needs to be opted for.
