How to submit a paper or panel

All individuals who would like to submit papers and panels or who would like to attend the conference will have to register on our conference organising system first. You can find more information on this via this link:

Panels and papers can be submitted to the conference organisation committee as independents, or as part of a thematic stream. You can Download the full list of thematic streams here. Paper abstracts should be no longer than 750 words. Panel abstracts can be added via the extended abstract upload button.

For clarification and the convenience of our delegates we have drawn up How To guides with detailed steps on how to submit an abstract/paper and how to submit a panel. Panel abstracts must include the names of at least two papers and their presenters to be eligible for consideration.
